Since the first session in 1996, Dalian International Automobile Exhibition has been highly concerned and fully supported by the People’s Government of Dalian Municipality. In line with the strategy of “Promoting the integration of production and marketing, stimulating the consumption, fueling economic growth and displaying the culture of automobile”, Dalian International Automobile Exhibition plays an important role in guiding the development of convention and exhibition economy, expanding the auto and parts industry, promoting the upgrade of automobile consumption. The exhibition is one of the most influential automotive exhibitions in China with the largest sales volume, the most consecutive years, the most vehicles exhibiting. Over the past 28 years, the cumulative sales of cars has reached 160,000, and the turnover has reached RMB 29.6 billion.

In the 28th session of 2023, the exhibition lasted for 5 days. Around 1000 vehicles of more than 100 automoble brands from home and abroad were displayed. The exhibition covered an area of 100,000 square meters. The number of audience reached 120,000. 5714 vehicles were sold on site. The estimated turnover is RMB 1.035 billion. The exhibition has played an important role in driving the consumption of automobiles.
